Chris Link
Executive Director
Chris has served with Sojourn since 2013, bringing a strong background in church leadership and a passion for helping those far from God experience Jesus’ love. He leads the team in shaping vision, securing funding, and recruiting leaders. Chris loves developing people and strategies that create space for students to explore faith and discover the hope of Jesus.
Bob Bacon
Director of Operations
Bob joined Sojourn in 2010 after more than a decade leading in local church ministry. He holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Northeastern University and uses his skills to strengthen organizational systems and support the staff team. Bob oversees day-to-day operations and ensures Sojourn has healthy structures for long-term sustainability and effectiveness in campus ministry.
Linsey Field
Director of Learning & Staff Development
Linsey, a Sojourn alum from Boston University, has served on staff since 2011, bringing years of campus ministry experience into her new leadership role. She designs resources to support every area of our ministry and leads our staff development plan, called the Staff Journey. Linsey is passionate about equipping leaders, fostering growth, and helping our staff flourish personally and professionally.
Tyler Nobis
Director Of Campus Engagement
Tyler began his work with Sojourn in 2011 and launched the ministry in Rhode Island. With two decades of campus ministry experience, he brings creativity and skill to every initiative. Tyler oversees all missional work on campus, inspiring students to explore faith and build meaningful communities. He is committed to seeing campus culture transformed through the hope of Jesus.

Sojourn’s Board of Directors unites diverse expertise with a common passion for helping students and communities thrive.
Beth serves as the director of the Ministry Resource Center at Milligan University, where she helps ministers connect, collaborate, and thrive in their callings. An ordained minister, she holds an MDiv from Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan. Beth and her husband, Daniel Silliman, live in Johnson City, TN, where they love investing in leaders and fostering healthy, effective ministry communities.
Beth Jarvis
Michelle built her career in the biochemical and utility industries, serving in leadership roles including Director of Global Procurement and Director of Inventory Management. Recently retired, she now channels her corporate expertise and charitable experience toward community engagement and service. Michelle has a passion for strategic leadership and mentoring, helping organizations build sustainable impact and meaningful change in the lives of others.
Michelle Holliday-Levy
Genesis is a commercial litigator at Proskauer Rose LLP, representing clients in complex disputes with skill and dedication. A proud Sojourn alum, she was actively involved as a student at Rhode Island College from 2017 to 2020. Genesis loves connecting faith and professional excellence, supporting Sojourn’s mission, and encouraging students to explore their calling and purpose in meaningful, life‑changing ways.
Genesis Sanchez Tavarez
Patricia is retired after a career supporting initiatives in the life sciences field, where she developed expertise in project management and organizational support. She spent three years at Reunion Christian Church in Boston and seven years at BridgePointe Christian Church in Providence, where she first connected with Sojourn. Patricia values long‑term ministry partnerships and is passionate about helping students encounter the hope of Christ.
Patricia A. Miller
Charles serves as Vice President at CVS Health, creating value by securing discounted pharmaceuticals from brand, generic, and specialty drug manufacturers to benefit patients. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Morehouse College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. An avid basketball fan and car enthusiast, Charles also enjoys golf and landscaping with his wife in Rhode Island.

Richard is a CPA who began his career in public accounting as an auditor and now serves as an accounting manager at John Hancock Financial Services. He enjoys staying active outdoors, especially cycling around Boston’s neighborhoods and waterfront paths. Richard brings financial expertise, organizational insight, and a passion for sustainability to help ensure Sojourn’s mission thrives for years to come.

Drew co‑planted Renaissance, a family of microchurches across Greater Boston, and co‑founded Common Good Co, a coffee shop and coworking space in Waltham, MA. He trains churches and networks on incarnational and missional living with Forge America and coaches faith‑based entrepreneurs through Creo Ventures. Drew lives in Waltham with his wife and two daughters and loves building creative ministry expressions.
