RES10 INTERNSHIPS
RES10 is a one-year internship designed for those curious about what it’s like to be a campus minister.

As a RES10 intern, you’ll learn how to connect with spiritual wanderers, share God’s dream for the world and for students, and help others discover that dream through Jesus. Along the way, you’ll dive deep into Sojourn’s core values and develop key skills in vision casting, purpose-driven communication, and support raising.

Student Discipleship
Spend regular time with students—mentoring, listening, asking great questions, and helping them grow in faith and life. Be present on campus, build real relationships, raise up student leaders, and support them as they discover who they’re becoming in Jesus.
Campus Programming
Help bring campus events to life—from small groups and retreats to service projects and outreach. Work with your team to plan and lead experiences that move students forward in their spiritual journey.
Team + Admin
Be a reliable, collaborative teammate. Join staff meetings, stay organized, meet expectations, and help create a culture that reflects Sojourn’s values.
Personal Growth
Keep growing—spiritually, emotionally, and as a leader. Participate in team discussions, meet with your leader and mentor, keep a weekly Sabbath, and stay connected to a faith community.
Fundraising
Work with a coach to build and sustain your support network. Keep ministry partners in the loop with updates, newsletters, and stories about what God is doing on campus.RES10 Community
Be all in. Show up for weekly training, encourage your fellow interns, and help lead the way in outreach and living out Sojourn’s values with joy and purpose.

As a campus minister, you'll help shape a thriving student ministry by raising up student leaders, building real relationships, and working as part of a vision-driven team. You’ll play a key role in creating a healthy, effective space for students to grow—and you won’t do it alone. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, communicate clearly with partners, and help secure the support needed to make it all happen.
We’re looking for someone who’s spiritually grounded, team-minded, and ready to take on the kind of leadership that changes lives.
